Diet Wiegman's beautiful puppets take twisted metal and rubbish, and combine them to make something Wholly new and impossible to imitate. An example from 2008, uses a rotating platform to swing back and forth before settling on Michael's famous "Billie Jean" pose.

Among his other amazing work is ‘David Deformed,’ which recreates Michaelangelo’s David, a portrayal of a Dutch landscape, and ‘Greedy consumption,’ a map of the world made from junk reflected on a shiny plate.

You can see other remarkable examples of his work on his website.

MTV Video Music Award For 'Thriller' To Be Auctioned

Michael Jackson's MTV Video Music Award for the iconic 'Thriller' short film is on the auction block. The award was issued in 1984 at the cable network's inaugural VMAs.
"'Thriller' was Michael Jackson's music video masterpiece and any award from even the Beatles, Elvis, Madonna or the Rolling Stones isn't expected to match this piece at auction. It is the second most expensive Jackson item to be sold at auction after the $1.8 million 'Thriller' jacket," said Nate D. Sanders, whose memorabilia auction house is selling the award.
So far the highest bid for the award is $10,871, but according to Sanders, the award is expected to sell for more than $100,000. The auction ends April 2.
